Canker sores, also called mouth ulcers are painful sores inside your mouth that make it difficult to eat or even talk. A number of factors set off canker sores, but the cause of them is still unknown.

Pressing a tea bag onto the sore can help with relieve pain as the tannic acid in the tea works as an astringent.
